  • Unitarian Universalist Church of Chattanooga 3224 Navajo Drive Chattanooga, TN, 37411 United States (map)

While dying is universal, experiences leading up to death can be very different—especially within marginalized groups.

LGBTQIA+ Perspectives at the End of Life is a panel discussion touching on topics like:

  • Identity and visibility

  • Chosen family

  • Legal & practical barriers

  • Healthcare experiences

  • Spirituality and grief

  • Provider best practices

The goal of this session is to create a greater awareness of the unique challenges that the queer community faces at the end of life through the shared experiences of LGBTQIA+ community members.

Panelists to be announced soon.
